AeroForge — Aircraft Manufacturing Simulator. A riveted steel logo with a jet over an anvil, framed by gears and wings.

Build the line. Roll out the fleet.

An isometric factory builder about aircraft assembly lines. Start with a two-seat trainer and a single line, then grow into a plant that rolls out widebodies.

The production chain

From raw aluminum to rollout

Every plane you sell starts as a truckload of raw stock. You lay out the floor that turns it into an airframe, station by station.

  1. 1

    Supply Docks

Buy aluminum, steel, fabric, paint, copper wire, titanium and carbon fiber, delivered onto your belts.

  2. 2

    Machines and jigs

Presses and shops make skin panels, engines and seats. Jigs put them together into fuselage sections and wing sets.

  3. 3

    The assembly line

Airframes roll from bay to bay on tow tracks and visibly build up as they go.

  4. 4

    Hangar Door and flight line

Finished planes roll out to waiting buyers. Unsold ones park on an eight-spot flight line, and when it fills, your line backs up.

Close-up of the starter assembly line: airframes at Fuselage Join, Wing Mate and Engine Hang, with red engines queued on a conveyor and a finished Kestrel leaving Quality Control.

Run the whole plant

You are the plant manager

Layout is half the job. The rest is research, pricing, quality and keeping enough cash on hand to make payroll.

Conveyors that go where you drag

Belts curve at corners and merge at T and Y joins. Sorters, splitters, overflow sorters, tunnels and crossings keep every part on the right track.

A research tree with teeth

Earn research points from every rollout, an Engineering Office and five test labs. Spend them on new programs, aircraft options and faster machines.

Your price, your problem

Price each model from 50% to 200% of market value. Buyers, demand and popularity all answer back, and unsold planes tie up your cash.

Quality you can't fake

Inspection passes or fails every plane. Route failures through Rework Bays, crush them at the Scrapyard, or ship them anyway and pay in fines and trust.

Find the bottleneck

Overlays show the slowest step, what every belt is carrying and every problem on the floor. Reports chart thirty days of profit.

Blueprints

Select an area, then move, rotate, copy or demolish it. Save a working line as a named blueprint and paste it into any game.

Also on the floor: land plots to buy, a bank with three loan types, ad campaigns, business offices, a guided tour, and a soundtrack of four original songs.

The research tree: lanes for aircraft programs, wings, engines, interior, avionics, logistics and production, with node cards showing research point costs.

Aircraft programs

Fifteen aircraft. One ladder.

Each class opens with a program you research and pay for. Every type has its own buyers, demand and spec, and bigger planes need bigger bays.

Company goal
Roll out 3 Condor 400 widebodies.

Personal

Three ways to play

Eight levels. Twenty-four stars.

Levels

Each level hands you a factory, a goal and a day limit. Finish sooner for more stars, and beat a level to open the next.

Starter factory

A running Kestrel line, $650K in the bank and one long goal: roll out three Condor 400 widebodies.

Free build

Every plot owned, every node researched, and a billion dollars that never runs out. Build the plant you've been planning.

The Levels picker: eight campaign levels from Finishing Touches to Private Charter, each tagged Fix-up, Orders, Business or Constraints, with three stars to earn.
  1. 1

    Finishing Touches

    Fix-up

The starter line is missing its last stations and its door. Finish it and sell 3 Kestrels.

  2. 2

    Crossed Wires

    Fix-up

Reversed belts, a gap in a conveyor and a dock facing the wrong way. Untangle it and sell 4.

  3. 3

    Flight School Order

    Orders

Deliver 4 Kestrels with winglets to Bluebird Flight School.

  4. 4

    Turnaround

    Business

Planes priced too low, an idle office and failures going out the door. Reach $800K cash.

  5. 5

    Ground Up

    Constraints

An empty lot and no land for sale. Build a line from nothing and sell 4 Kestrels.

  6. 6

    Two of a Kind

    Orders

Run Kestrels and Wrens side by side: sell 8 and 6.

  7. 7

    Supply Squeeze

    Constraints

Two lines and only five dock permits. Sell 6 of each.

  8. 8

    Private Charter

    Orders

Deliver 3 Swift jets to Coastal Charter and earn a $300K day.
